Prospective Students
Individuals considering joining the Cornell community may have specific questions or concerns about the campus environment or wonder which resources will help them thrive at Cornell. Please consider the following as a starting place:
- Each Cornell student is assigned a primary care provider at Cornell Health, the student health center. This medical provider will be a student’s main point of contact for health services throughout their time at Cornell. Those deciding to come to Cornell should be sure their primary care provider has their complete health history information, along with any other relevant records, including information about medical or mental health concerns, neurodiversity, or disability. The primary care provider will help connect students with appropriate campus supports.
- Individuals with disabilities can learn more about services and accommodations at Student Disabilities Services.
- Many students find it helpful to get involved in groups or initiatives that support mental health and well-being. It’s a great way to meet others and to connect with meaningful work.
