Mental health care & support
CAPS Embedded Therapist Services
Through a new university partnership, students at Cornell Tech can now access mental health support from a Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) counselor who is located on site at Cornell Tech. Services include in-person and online individual and group counseling, workshops, and referrals. These services are supported through Cornell’s student health fee. Read more about accessing embedded therapist services.
Well-being Coaching
Well-being Coaching is a free service that will be available at Cornell Tech beginning late fall to help students set and pursue well-being goals. Coaches are trained to partner with students in one-on-one, evidence-based conversations structured around the changes students want to make in their lives.
Well-being coaches work to create a strengths-based and collaborative space for students to get unstuck, maximize their personal and professional potential, and become the best version of themselves. Learn more about the program.* Please note: Well-being Coaching is not a clinical mental health service.
